What’s up, my babies? It’s Friday, so you already know what that means. It’s time to give you the tea on the latest music to hit your playlists. This week's new music Friday roundup has a little something for everyone, even those who don't listen to secular music. A little Jackie Hill Perry for the saints, some Jaymin for the hopeless romantics, and some The Game for the ratchets. Here's everything you need to have in rotation this weekend.

Rollin - Jaymin (Single)

I am going to keep putting Jaymin in y'all's face until y'all finally listen. The Yearn&B that you desperately want is literally what his catalog consists of. I love how he incorporated the "Is you rollin'" sample into the ballad and flipped the meaning. Chef's kiss.

No Jewelry - Belly Gang Kushington (Single)

Saying Belly Gang Isn't on a crazy run right now would be an absolute lie. He's giving a masterclass on what to do with momentum when you get it, and you have to respect that. Especially when every song is a banger, take notes!

Fly U Out - Lucky Daye & Leon Thomas (Single)

I never thought to put Lucky and Leon together, but you know what, hell yeah! The song is literally about the lengths a man will go to get near his lil baby, and I approve of this message. Oh, and did I mention there are no B words used or over sexualizing of women. Let's keep going in this direction.

Love Me Through - Coco Jones (Single)

This song definitely gives happy wife, happy life, and I love that for Coco. It must be exhilarating to feel seen and loved, even in the ugly parts of yourself. Not a perfect love, a real one. I know y'all gone burn this one out on your anniversaries, as you should. Again, the yearning and the transparency still exist in R&B.

Can You Say - Fridayy (Single)

All I have to say is the Afrobeats clubs are about to eat this one up. It starts slow and sexy and leads up to a party during the chorus, and I like that. Add this to your GRWM playlist because you will for sure be feeling yourself after listening to it.

The Price of Fame - Skilla Baby (Album)

Skilla Baby recreated the viral photo of Tupac going to court after being shot for this album cover, so my expectations are extremely high. "The Price of Fame" Is 22 tracks long and has guest verses from Nas, Erica Cambell, and, of course, Bryson Tiller and Chris Brown from the single "Face Card." My question is: will he lean towards the ladies where It's comfortable, or give us some of that car freestyle energy?

Gentlewoman - Cleo Sol (Album)

Cleo Sol came back into our lives exactly when we needed it. As chaotic as the world is right now, we could use those high vibrations and frequencies. On "Gentlewoman," she shares her journey to vulnerability and strength while navigating the changes of life.

The Documentary III - The Game (Album)

A new project from The Game was not on my bingo card this week, but I'll take it. Especially because It's another edition of "The Documentary." We got 24 songs, including a new rendition of "Hate It or Love It" featuring Snoop Dogg, Sela V, and Cool & Dre, which is kind of Iconic. The extensive feature list includes Lil Wayne, RJmrLA, LitPapi, BG100, Wacko, Eastside K-Boy, Almighty Joey, Drake, Drakeo the Ruler, Kanye West, Leon Thomas, Kalan.FrFr, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Tyga, Larry Junr, Marsha Ambrosius, AZ Chike, and more.

God Gotta Afro & Gold Hoops - Rhapsody (Album)

Everybody complains about pu**y rap, but then don't give artists like Rhapsody any spots on their playlists. Do Better. If you're new to her world, this new album is a great place to start. Don't say I didn't put you on.

ROADRUNNER - Destin Conrad (Album)

Whenever Destin drops anything, it's always an entire experience, and "ROADRUNNER" Is exactly that. Pivoting into his Jamaican roots, this one is going to make you wind your waist. It's the perfect soundtrack to close out the summer season with a bang.
